He possesses B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) from HBTI – Kanpur and M.Tech  (Design and Processing) from IIT Delhi. He has more than 30 years of experience in preparation of TEV, LIE, Cost Vetting, Valuation reports and Technical Due Diligence. He is a highly experienced professional having more than 30 years of experience in valuation of NPA Cases of Delhi High Court, IFCI, IDBI, ICICI, IREDA & several Commercial Banks and other Corporate Organizations. He has prepared / handled several Valuation Reports, TEV Reports, LIE Reports and Cost Vetting Reports of Steel Projects, Textile Projects, Food Projects, Cement Projects, Pharmaceutical Projects, Milk Processing Plant, Township Projects, Infrastructure Projects, Hospital Projects, Hotel Projects, Brewery Projects, Edible Oil Projects, Vanaspati Plant, Solar Power Plant, Paper Plant etc.

• He is registered with IOV as an approved Valuer (Registration Number : F – 19077) and completed 50 hours MEP of IBBI.
• He has cleared IBBI examination on Valuation and now he is IBBI registered Valuer (P & M), vide registration number – IBBI/RV/02/2019/11118.
• He has been empanelled as a Valuer for the office of Official Liquidator, Delhi as approved by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.

He possesses B.Tech. (EEE) from GGSIPU and MBA in Finance and Operations from NIT – Rourkela. He has more than five years of experience in preparation of TEV, LIE and Valuation reports.

He possesses B.Tech. (Civil Engineering) from Uttarakhand Technical University (Dehradun). He has more than five years of experience in preparation of TEV and Valuation reports

He possesses B.Tech. in Production Engineering and MBA in Finance and Operations from NIT – Jaipur. He has more than Ten years of experience in preparation of TEV, LIE and Valuation reports.

He possesses Bachelor Degree in Animation from IGNOU (New Delhi). She is a Chartered Accountant. She has more than 15 years of experience in preparation of TEV on Restructuring of Existing Debt as per RBI Schemes, CIRP Process under IBC, Resolution Plan and Debt Syndication. Rich experience in executing projects involving restructuring of existing debt through RBI’s. Debt Restructuring Mechanism,

Resolution Plan and debt syndication. Successfully handled more than 200 Projects covering companies from wide spectrum of industries having small to large scale operations. A decade long career and a passion for number crunching have earned her a good name in the banking industry. She has worked as Vice President in a leading financial consultancy firm wherein she headed the CDR department and her role involved working closely with client’s upper management, formulating strategies, executing the same through series of meeting with bank officials, representing company in JLM’s and getting the plan implemented through CDR Cell and bank’s head offices. Closely worked with many leading consultancy firm’s like SBI Caps, Mott MacDonald, Dun and Bradstreet (D&B), NITCON, PNB Investment

He possesses MBA in Finance and Operation from IBS – Gurugram. He has more than Ten years of experience in preparation of TEV on Restructuring of Existing Debt as per RBI Schemes, CIRP Process under IBC, Resolution Plan and Debt Syndication.
